There was no impact to air traffic operations. OSIC6 (TW) notified watch desk that SR22 OSU to JQF at 110 reported a UAS at the HNN280020 at 1610z at 10,000. The drone was circular and white in color with a square payload box. The UAS was 1000ft below and opposite direction to N972JB. No impact to safety or operations. Reporting checklist sent to WOCC.
