Summary: After completing a practice VOR Rwy 34 STLJW01, The pilot reported that while on final into OQU, he observed a white Quad-hunter UAV. The pilot stated he was at 1400 and the UAV was 200 to 300 below him off his left side, near the Jamestown brdige (approx a 6 mile final Rwy 34 at OQU The pilot did not report any evasive actions taken. RI Airport Police advised, and will contaxt the Jamestown police. At 1800, a flight of two C130’s inbound to OQU (Rhody11) were advised the of UAV report, the pilot of Rhody11 reported the traffic in sight, still near the Jamestown bridge at approx 1000 feet.
