MOR Alert for EMT Number: EMT-M-2015/03/26-0001 Type: Other Date/Time: Mar 26, 2015 - 0237Z A/C: C172 Summary: C172 reported what looked like a Black Drone or possibly a Black Balloon north of the airport, south of the 210 FWY at 2700 feet. RDO notified and put TWR in contact with QCC who advised TWR to file the MOR as to what happened and ADVSD TWR no other notifications needed to be made.
